A New Clubhouse – A New Era
New Clubhouse has Opened!
Years of planning and hard work by the Committees and Members of the Club have recently come to fruition as Stage One of the development of The Surf Club North Burleigh is completed.
The new facility consists
of Administration Offices, Training Rooms, Gymnasium and Member’s
Rooms on the upper floor. The lower level houses a First Aid Room,
Nipper Room, craft storage and fully equipped Male and Female
change rooms.

North Burleigh SLSC has developed from its humble beginnings, a
bush tent on the foreshores, to become one of the foremost clubs
in Australia. A significant part in the Club's achievement is its
commitment to Surf Life Saving and team spirit.
North Burleigh is committed
to keeping our beautiful beach safe for our community as well as
providing our members with a fantastic environment in which to perform
this vital community service. Members range from nippers, cadets,
senior and IRB competitors to boaties and masters, all of whom hold
a variety of Life Saving and Community Awards.
Today there are over 220 active members who all enjoy a family atmosphere
and the postive energy that the youth of the club provide. Members
from all areas contribute to the character of the club as well as
its success in both a social and competitive sense. The Supporters
Club plays a vital role in the workings of the club and its membership
numbers over 10 000. From the significant contribution of members
in all areas, the North Burleigh Surf Life Saving club has been
able to assert itself as one of the most prominent and successful
clubs on the Gold Coast.
